RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return items in their original condition, will all original packaging, instructions and content (see exclusions below). Items should be returned to: Mister Nostalgia 26370 Diamond Place #511, Santa Clarita, CA 91350. We will refund your money (less Shipping and Handling and re-stocking fee of 15% or $10 whichever is greater) upon receipt of the item in the same condition in which they were shipped to you. We request that you contact us via email (Misternostalgia2@aol.com) if returning an item within 7 days after you have received it. Once the item is received we will send email notification of refund. Returns should be sent by UPS or insured Priority Mail for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Please include your purchase receipt with all returns. We are sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. Once the item has been inspected, we will send your refund in the amount of the purchase price less re-stocking fee. EXCLUSION NOTE: CHRISTOPHER RADKO Ornaments are NON RETURNABLE.
